Data Deletion Instructions

Compliance with Facebook Instant Games & Apple Guidelines

Brain Vault Games, LLC is committed to giving you control over your data. If you wish to remove your game activity data associated with Facebook Instant Games or other platforms, please follow the instructions below.

Method 1: Manual Request (Email)

To request a full deletion of your user data from our servers:

  1. Send an email to support@dianamode.shop.
  2. Subject Line: Data Deletion Request - [Game Name].
  3. Include your Player ID (if known) or the platform you play on (e.g., Facebook Instant Games).

We will process your request within 30 days and confirm deletion via email.

Method 2: Facebook Settings (Instant Games)

You can remove the game directly from your Facebook settings, which will also remove your association with the game.

  1. Go to your Facebook profile and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Scroll down to Apps and Websites.
  3. Find Panda Learning (or the specific game title) in the list.
  4. Click Remove.
  5. Check the box to delete all posts, photos, and videos, then confirm.
